Logbook servicing with the right oil
VW group engines specify particular oil standards, and using the wrong grade shows up as timing chain, turbo and injector trouble later. We service to the logbook with approved oil and OEM-quality parts, record the service and keep your new-car warranty intact.
DSG fluid and filter, on time
The DSG in most Volkswagens and Skodas needs its fluid and filter changed at the set interval. We do it at your door with the correct fluid and fill procedure, which keeps shifts smooth and avoids expensive mechatronic failures.
Workhorses: Amarok, Transporter and Caddy
Trade utes and vans cannot afford a day off the road. We service and repair them at the yard or at home, including brakes, suspension, batteries, fuel filters and the diesel emissions faults that put a van into limp mode.
Diagnostics and common faults
EPC lights, coil packs and injectors, water pumps and thermostat housings, carbon build-up on direct-injection engines, timing chain tensioner checks on the engines that need them, and electrical gremlins. Diagnosed properly, quoted before repair.
Before you book
How often should a DSG be serviced?
Most wet-clutch DSG gearboxes need fluid and filter around every 60,000 km. Some dry-clutch units are different. Tell us the model and we will confirm.
Do you service Skoda too?
Yes. Skoda shares its engines and gearboxes with Volkswagen, so the same servicing, DSG and diagnostics apply.
